The Fixed Line is related to the ordinary telephone and includes several services, such as:-
1. Local Call Service: any call connecting two subscribers in the same Governorate without any prefix. No details in billing.
2. National Call Service: any call connecting two subscribers in different Governorates. The customer dials a prefix before dialing another customers number. Customers receive a detailed invoice.
3. International Service: any call connecting one customer in Jordan with another in any Country in the World. The customer receives a monthly detailed bill.
4. Land to Mobile Service: any call originating from a fixed telephone and terminating at a mobile number.

EXPRESS: 07-4X
UMNIAH: 07-8X
5. Land to Pager Service: any call originating from a fixed telephone and terminating on a pager. The prefix is (074).
